Colleen supports the website development, software and database side of the business. Colleen has been in the IT industry for 20+ years. Her career has been split between the Commercial and Government sectors.
Educated and trained as a programmer, Colleen began her career developing software. She loves puzzles; not the blue pieces of cardboard kind of puzzles, but the real issues that arise in business that need to be solved. Colleen excels at identifying the process steps that contribute to the puzzle (the issue) and then identifying how to unravel those pieces to resolve the issue.
Colleen is PMP and ITIL Foundations 3 certified.
